Carsick Kit

If you’ve landed on this blog post, you’ve likely experienced a carsick kid and for that I apologize.
The only thing worse than a carsick kid is when carsickness hits and you are NOT prepared!
After my first round of having a carsick kid,
I created a “carsick kit” for the car that goes with us on every car trip!

Other Tips:

If we know we are going on a trip with a high likelihood of carsickness (windy mountain roads, long road trip, etc.), we give our carsick-prone little ones a chewable kids’ dramamine about 30 minutes prior to departure. I am no doctor, so I encourage you to do your own research, but based on our personal experience this helps A LOT.

This waterproof carseat liner comes in SO handy. It saves our carseats from spills, carsickness, potty accidents, and baby spit up.

In addition to our above basket, it’s nice to have a couple of basic snacks + water bottles on hand for the little one who may be recovering from carsickness.
